Brief Overview
Vitamin AD3 is powdery and in spherical uniform encapsulation particles. Vitamin AD3 is a great supplementary of vitamin A and vitamin D for cattle diets. Both vitamin A and D3 are distributed without bumps in the starch and carbohydrates within its gelatin capsule and ethoxyquin, such as antioxidants. The encapsulation and antioxidants thoroughly fortify the acetic acid ester of vitamin A and vitamin AD3 stability.
Manufacturing Process
A process for producing vitamin D3 or its acylate characterized by irradiating a solution of a 7-dehydrocholesterol acylate with ultraviolet rays so as to be photoisomerized to produce a previtamin D3 acylate. A process for the synthesis of an all-trans compound selected from the group consisting of vitamin A and its ethers, retinol and retinoic acid, and their 13-cis isomers comprising effecting stereospecific reduction of the two hydroxyl groups of an ether-diol, precursor of vitamin A with a mixture of 2 equivalents of titanium chloride and 1 equivalent of lithium aluminum hydride in an anhydrous solvent medium at a temperature between 5° C. and about 40° C. and optionally converting the resulting ether into vitamin A, retinol or retinoic acid.
